What is the Fastback® Binding System?
It is a compact, desktop binding machine that professionally binds documents from 10 to 350 sheets thick. The one-touch system uses attractive, higher-engineered binding strips that are coated with a durable thermoplastic adhesive. This rugged adhesive is capable of withstanding 50 pounds of pull, and will not become brittle with age. And yet, you can remove and replace pages in a book long after it has been bound.
The Fastback product line has solutions for every binding need, including tape binding, perfect binding (paperback), and case binding (hardcovers). The company also makes foil printers that let you customize the covers and spines of your books.
The Fastback system cleanly produces professional-looking documents in seconds. Ease-of-use and efficiency are why many copy shops and quick-print services, such as Kinko's (in the U.S.) and Mister Copy (in Belgium) are also using Fastback systems.
